The Halifax Chamber of Commerce is very pleased to welcome Andy Cutten as chair of the Business Environment Committee. Andy replaced Stan Fage, who provided excellent leadership to the committee over the past five years, in December.
Andy first began volunteering with the Chamber in 2004, working on the Economic Summit's harbour and airport committee. Andy is a partner with the managemet consulting firm, Halifax Global Inc., and spent 15 years as a senior financial officer in sevral global manufacturing and service businesses. His extensive expertise in strategic plannin will be put to good use.
The Business Environment Committee is very active with over 20 members and seven sub-committees icludin those working on immigration, opportunities for prosperity and renewable energy to name a few.
