Halifax Global is pleased to announce that Ruth Blades has joined the team as an associate. Ruth’s expertise in research, analysis and information management will provide strength to client engagements and internal operations alike.
Ruth joins Halifax Global following a successful career in both the public and private sectors. Most recently she held the position of Researcher with the Greater Halifax Partnership where she led many projects, including the recently completed Greater Halifax Immigration Strategy.
Prior to 2002, Ruth worked for 12 plus years in the education sector with both public and private education providers, during which time she received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from Saint Mary’s University and her Master of Library and Information Studies degree from Dalhousie University.
Ruth is looking forward to working with all of Halifax Global’s existing and future clients.
