Andy has an executive financial management background having spent 15 years as the senior financial officer in several global manufacturing and services businesses. He brings extensive strategic planning, operational budgeting and reporting, and cash management expertise with a focus on setting and delivering a firm’s value proposition. Andy’s involvement and leadership in successful transitional, post-acquisition and turnaround situations positions him exceptionally well to assist clients facing similar challenges.
Andy’s view on what is required for an organization to be highly successful is the need for focus, discipline, tremendous communication and a leadership team that works together with an intense degree of commitment to goal attainment. All business processes and goals must be congruent and an organization must be outwardly proactive with customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders. At the same time, it must provide a rewarding environment to enable employees to be successful in reaching their objectives.
Andy augmented his financial background with an MBA and on assignments outside of the traditional financial arenas. Furthermore, he has always focused on having direct contact with customers and suppliers and, lastly, has a philosophy that common sense must always prevail.
