Diversity Planning for Inclusive Employment Research Study

The primary purpose of The Diversity Planning for Inclusive Employment research study was to gather information from identified, targeted employers about their awareness of the disability agenda and their obligations under the governing Employment Equity Act and Human Rights Code as they relate to employing persons with disabilities.  About 700 employers provided input into the study either by participating in focus groups or responding to the on-line survey.
