Strategic and Business Planning

Halifax Global developed a comprehensive strategic and business plan for the next stages of development of the Canadian Rivers Institute (CRI). The engagement involved extensive stakeholder interviews both internal and external to the University, financial analysis and creation of an operationally focused business plan.

This engagement also included working closely with the senior University management team, with the Director and Fellows of the Institute to establish goals, measures and targets for future growth and development of the Institute and these objectives into a strategic plan that will assist the University's Board of Governors reach a decision regarding future investment in and support for the CRI.
