Business Planning
Assisted the executive and management teams in developing their corporate priorities and business plans for three consecutive fiscal years. This included facilitating planning meetings, working with managers individually to establish their unit goals, measures and targets and rolling them into the corporate plan. Throughout the planning period, worked closely with the Vice-President Human Resources (who was charged with the corporate planning responsibility) to develop the plan and presentation to the Board of Directors.
