Acting Vice-President Finance
In mid - 2005 the CEO of this client resigned and the Vice-President Finance stepped into the role of Acting CEO. HGI provided the Acting Vice-President Finance resource for a three-month period. The primary duties included the oversight of day to day operations within the Finance Department as well as providing leadership for the development of the 2006 operating and capital budget processes.
