Operational restructuring
This organization was in need of restructuring its operations to support its expanded mandate. Through an interview process with the management team, Halifax Global provided an overview analysis of current services and programs and the associated employee complement to develop the current state situation. Based on project findings, the client was provided with a set of organizational recommendations to move the restructuring initiative forward.
