Survivorship Roundtable Discussion
Halifax Global Inc. facilitated a Roundtable discussion event and preparatory process that focused on harmonizing the issues of various sectors involved in cancer survivorship. In preparation for the event, a draft discussion document and a survey were distributed to 3,000 stakeholders seeking their input. Results from the survey formed the basis for dialogue at the Roundtable Event, attended by 125 participants. The event resulted in the identification of priority outcomes and an action plan that will help move this agenda forward. Halifax Global drafted the session report.
