Budgeting and Planning Advisor
Halifax Global provided support to the annual planning processes, including the budget and forecasting and links to the strategic plan. Activities included a review of past planning efforts and support in framing current efforts related to the current budget initiative, consultations with employees intimately involved with planning and participation in relevant meetings as required.
