TEAM Work Cooperative is an NGO with a mandate to assist persons with disabilities in pursuing employment opportunities. Over the course of the past 4 years, we have worked closely with the executive director and the employee team to develop annual business plans and associated action plans. This has included facilitating staff planning sessions and workshops, synthesizing the output and drafting business plans to secure government support for capacity building and program delivery
